What is the catch on the free path?
There is a trade, and we will say it plainly: the partner path runs through our eXp Realty partnership, so it requires moving your license to eXp under our sponsorship. In exchange the entire FastLead system becomes free, permanently. No subscription, no setup fee, no referral fee, no split. We get compensated through the partnership structure, which means we only do well if you actually produce. If moving brokerages is off the table for you, take the $1,000 path instead. Both are real offers.
Do you ever take a piece of my commission?
No. Not on either path, not on any deal, not ever. There is no referral fee, no success fee, no split and no clawback. That is the entire point of how we built this.
What do I actually spend on ads?
Most agents run between $300 and $1,000 a month, paid directly to Meta from your own ad account. We never touch that money and we never mark it up. At around $10 a day you should expect one to two leads a day. At $500 a month you are typically looking at 70 to 100 leads.
Whose ad account and whose leads are these?
The ad account and the leads are yours. Campaigns run inside your own Meta account, so the pixel, the audiences and the data stay with you no matter what happens between us. The platform itself is a different thing: AgentAcquisition.io is our software and it is licensed to you for as long as you are with us, the same way any CRM subscription works. If you leave, the license ends, but we export your contacts, notes and full communication history so you can load them straight into whatever you move to. You never lose your database.
Can I start at $1,000 and move to the partner path later?
Yes, and plenty of agents do exactly that. Run it for a few months, see the lead flow and the appointment volume for yourself, and if it is working we will walk you through the partner economics with your own numbers in front of you. There is no penalty for switching and nothing gets rebuilt.
How long until my campaigns are live?
Two to three weeks from onboarding to live campaigns. That covers the strategy call, ad account access, market research, offer engineering, writing and designing the variations, building the landing pages and configuring the CRM and the AI. We would rather take the extra week and launch something built correctly than rush a campaign live and rebuild it a month later. Once it launches, the AI starts texting leads the same day.
Is this an ISA team calling my leads for me?
No, and we would rather be straight about it. There is no human ISA team. It is AI SMS that responds in under 60 seconds, qualifies on budget and timeline, handles the common objections and books directly onto your calendar. It works around the clock and it does not miss a lead at 9pm on a Sunday, which is more than most ISA teams can say. Your job is to show up to the appointment.
What coaching and support actually comes with this?
Four things, and they run every week whether you use them or not. Momentum Builders is a live weekly call with Alan where you work directly on your real estate business: strategy, production, mentorship, the growth side rather than the ad side. Separately there is a weekly AI training with Tristan covering Claude best practices and how to systemize the repetitive parts of your business. Support office hours run three times a week and you can drop in and ask anything. And you have a direct point of contact who owns your account, so nothing gets lost in a general inbox. Identical on both the $1,000 path and the partner path.
What if I do not work the leads?
Then it will not work, and no system fixes that. Our average across the book of business is roughly a 3% lead to closing conversion, which means volume plus follow-up plus you actually taking the appointments. If you cannot commit to that, tell us on the call and we will not sell you anything.
What are the terms on the $1,000 path?
It is a three month build term at $1,000 a month, and cancellation requires 30 days notice before the term ends. We keep a term because the first 60 days are where the testing happens, and pulling the plug at week three wastes both our time before the data has told us anything. Three months is the shortest window that gives the campaigns a fair shot. Ad spend is separate, billed by Meta, and entirely under your control.
